RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your order due to a sizing issue or a defect, please submit a return request through our Return Portal. We will then contact you about your order. 
 We are able to do exchanges, returns for store credit and refunds* (see below) . We don't accept returns on embroidered items. 
For unused merchandise with no embroidery, we can do refunds (excluding shipping) for up to 30 days following the delivery date of your item. Once the item is returned to us - we can initiate the refund.  *Please note - if you purchased an item on sale the store credit amount will be for the amount paid at time of sale.
