This jacket features a nice soft shell fabric - water repellent on the outside, "peached" on the inside so even though it's not lined, it feels soft and does not get clammy inside. More substantial than a rain shell, but not heavy and would accommodate light layering. Two zippered hand pockets and open-topped inside pockets which work for a phone.
